Mod remaking/ upload /change

Hi I did my owm mod, and I had to reinstal system I have all files but how to make them all back to mod buddy, or should I just re-open and remak them, I ask because it is a lot of files for buildings, tech and others.

Post the mod (either the .civ5mod file or the zip of the mod from the MODS sub-directory) - I'm working on a tool for doing just this so will be a useful test of it
