Mod Request: Better Natural Wonder Placement

So some of the Natural Wonders are placed in biomes that make them unattractive to exploit, usually found on the farthest edges of the map or completely isolated to point of being unusable. The main ones I've observed are Thera, Great Barrier Reef, Torres Del Paine, and the Bermuda Triangle. I feel a mod adding some more placement conditions could help make them more accessible. Placing all of these in the middle third latitudes would be a good start, with specific biomes that are consistent with their real world counterparts being additional conditions, such as the Great Barrier Reef being on coast adjacent to Tropical terrain, or the Torres Del Paine needing to be completely landlocked by at least 2 spaces.
