Modbuddy 20th May 2020 Build: No usable XML or SQU template.

I'm about to make a new XML file for Barbarian traits (and maybe others). but rightnow no usable templates for either XML or SQL

1. Is it possible to create mod usable *.XML (or SQL) files groundup using Notepad++ tools?
2. If not. Is there a downloadable template here?

You can create a mod that uses .xml, .sql and .lua files with only a notepad++.
Modbuddy is only needed if you cook art.

How to do that? Aren't there some extra steps through SDK after writing the scripts? Can I just make them with Notepad++ and put them in the mod folder?

Yes, just write the code in Notepad++ and put it in your Mods folder.
