I've just tried running the Civ V SDK, and I'm not able to start ModBuddy. Microsoft recently stopped offering the "Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Isolated) Redistributable Package" and when ModBuddy tries to start for the first time, it fails to download the package. There's no error message, the process simply fails to start. All of the download links for VS 2010 on Microsoft's website are dead. Is there another place I can get this package to start modding Civ V?
