Entitled "19 Liters of Beer", core panelists Core panelists Tony "GarretSidzaka" Kiehl, Kenneth "Impaler[WrG]" Ferland, Tim "ruff_hi" Pratt and John "bt_oz" Archer are joined by first-time guest co-host Gabriele "Rhye" Travoto.

An official podcast of Apolyton Civilization Site, ModCast is an ongoing effort to give the Civ community an interactive voice on Civilization modding; its sibling show PolyCast focuses on Civ strategy. To date, ACS is the only community on the web to produce its own Civilization podcasts.

Has Locutus resigned from modcast? It seems that without him modcast lacks some historical knowledge on topics where it's needed (although the Ozzies provide good banter).

Has Locutus resigned from modcast?

Fair question: his extended absence has not been addressed on the show or otherwise officially. If Locutus had resigned, there would have been an announcement from Tony or myself to that effect.

ruff_hi has been filling in for him since Episode 23; Locutus has been online unavailable since last November. He has been back in a limited capacity for a couple of weeks, but still unable to resume his role on the ModCast panel for a bit longer yet; it's not yet known for certain, but he should be returning to the show sometime in March.

While I listen to modcast or polycast, I mod and browse CFC , which made me think I might have missed an announcement. Thanks for the info, though...

That is known to happen when appearing on Modcast. It took me 6 months to find my way back
