I have come up with tons of ideas for new civilizations, but i am helpless when it comes to actually modding. Id love to work with someone else just helping out idea wise, and possibly some art (im not great at art but i could do icons and such)

Do you mean like all the UAs and stuff?
I could post the ones that some people think would be interesting, cuz posting all them would be a lot of text in there.
Are there any you think would be pretty cool to see?
