Considering the civics, more specialize stuff, and the freedom of the kind of things that can be modded...would it be possible to create a SMAC conversion...minus customizable units and possibly most aspects of terraforming...?
Of course, would require lots of modification, graphics stuff, and so on....so would like to be able to model SMAC units....
