Modding in gundam units

Ok hi all..again been years but im gettin the civ itch again. Question...im interested in importing a bunch of gundam units into game. my modding skills are albiet nil.

Is there some kind of modding program that allows quick importing or something? or maybe someone who could give the short(hah yea right) explanation on how to do it?
