I have not seen a mod yet that changes anything about sound (different music tracks, different sound effects, etc.) and I was wondering if it was possible at all.
The reason I'm asking this is, is because I like to listen to the music of Civ at a higher volume than the rest of the game. The combat and barbarian discovery sounds, though, are the on the same track, assaulting your ear drums every time such an event takes place.
Also, the music fading out a bit when a quote is said is unnecessary when, for example, playing with the briliant Proverbium mod.
I was wondering if it is at all possible to change this.
