Quite by chance I've got it already

And (as I promised) some (not all) flags of Warsaw Treaty Organization

CCCP (USSR),PRL (Poland),HPR (Hungary),CSSR,MPR (Mongolia)

Altough,Mongolia wasn't in Warsaw Pact,it was one of the faithful allies of the USSR in Asia
These were the flags that have not changed in our time

DDR,Bulgaria,Romania,Albania (until 1968),Hungary (flag in 1949-57),Jugoslavia,Vietnam

Yugoslavia was never in Warsaw Pact,but it is the topic of this thread;Vietnam was just anothes ally of USSR

No,they aren't moving or waving,they're just like classic Firaxis conquests' static flags
