Modmod suggestion - Croatia as playable civ

Greetings,
how about adding Croatia as a modmod civilization ?
I found a good version (in my humble opinion) here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=381219

Maybe the croatian unit from TTT-MA: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=428448 could be additionally added as National or Elite Unit and the Unique Building from http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=461997 could be further added ?

I hope i don't sound too demanding, I mean this only as suggestion.
If i had more programming skills and time I would try it myself, but unfortunately I have neither of the two at the moment.

C2C doesnt use UU or UB's.
