I've downloaded some mods from these forums, put them into my Mods folder, and everything works, I did the same thing for my friend, and they just don't show up!
Completely at a loss, Civ V doesn't find them because all the *.civ5mod files aren't even extracted.
Running latest update, like 2.44.
