Mods removed when loading save?

Is there any FIX to this? When I start the game all mods are working enabled and loaded. It isnt til i load the save half the mods are gone like Alternate policy screen real eurekas to name a few. They dont appear in the additional content area either when looking at the save. This has prevented me from playing the game as soon as you load half mods are gone
