Modular Loading Keeps not Working...

Hi folk,

I'm having some issues activating the modular loading:

- I have installed the 3.13 patch (that should allow modular loading automatically - or so I read).

- Still, I have opened the civIV.ini file and changed it from 0 to 1 to enable the modular loading manually.


However, when I load a new mod, for instance, CIV GOLD, I can load the mod (the logo reads CIV Gold) but not the modular part (there is no trace of the extra leader heads etc, created for the mod).

Has anyone encountered this problem?
