Modularization Of the Leaders_Civ4DiplomacyInfos.Xml File

I am currently working on a easy template in which you will only have to replace all Civ4DiplomacyInfos.Xml file. Gimme a bit to work out some things and I will post it here.

Once it is done.. All you will have to do is Highlight the YOUR LEADER text located on line 3 then Hit replace all and inset your Leader name instead.
then Include the GameInfosSchema.XML and your Leader should be spouting his trash talk in no time flat.
