This module is included in Wildmana by Default. Changes are purely XML (except republic civic) and can be found in Normalmodules/FFHPLUS/Civics

The List only shows the changes compared to FFH. For example Theocracy allows unlimited priests like in FFH
  • Theocracy: +30% great people rate
  • Republic: allows to gain another trait via elections (from FF), +50% :culture:
  • Consumption: +2 :) from market, tavern +1 :) from Theatre +1 :health: from market
  • Social Order: +2 :) from courthouse, infirmary +3 :) from Basilica
  • Military State: +25% military production, maximum of 5 conscripts per turn (was 3 before). low chance to get multiple conscripts
  • Agrarianism: +20% food, -20% production, +2 :health: (no more bonus to farms)
  • Mercantilism: +40% :gold:, cottages and other improvements upgrade 50% faster, Inn +2 :)
  • Foreign Trade: +50% :culture:
 
yeah, all default modules go into the FFHPLUS folder. I have only listed the changes.
