1.National Shipyard [General Matt] Adds 3 experience to ships built, reduces cost of building ship in the city.

2.National Airbase [Rockinroger] Can airlift 5 per turn, Can hold 20 planes, gives 5 experience point to planes built in the city.

Naval Academy would be a neat one that would be similar to the Military Academy.

if you will look a the screen shot you will see when I get the prerequsite harbors built i will be able to build Magellans Voyage in a
city with no ocean tiles .only a lake

That's a Civ bug. Any city with water next to it can build a harbor.

Updated 1st National Wonders Module pack, the small and large shipyards were not supposed to give 3 experience to land and air units, only naval units. Thanks to Antarious for catching this. Same download link.
