Mongol Technologies XML

Hi,
I've modded Civ5 civilizations to not start with Agriculture, but have to research it. However, I can't find where to do this for the Mongol civ. Now the Mongol civ starts with Agriculture, and all other civs do not. Where is it that I can remove the free tech Agriculture from the Mongol civ?
