MOO2 download from Atari

I just downloaded MOO2 from the Atari website. I loved this game years ago.

I hope I do not sound excessively dumb asking this, but every time I try to run the game I receive the message "Cannot locate all game files. Please insert CD or reinstall."

I thought the whole point of the Atari download was that you did not need the CD??? Do I have to now go out and find a CD?

I cannot recall the setting, but the INI file can have an entry to point it to the hard drive.
