What source of this morale promo?

This is not morale from heroic epic, orders and not bonus from authotity. Seen this on aztec units alongside with authority and heroic epic/order bonuses, both land and naval.

Wondering how can they get it.

Then it surely comes from an event that grants your units the Morale promotion. Despite its name and effect, it is de facto a promotion distinct from the one you get from the Heroic Epic / Orders.

I think it's simply some internal trade routes (you can see the hammers on one, and the apples on the other).

Vanila VP only. Check marked visible trade routes on map options near minimap.

Doesn't the order building provide units from a city with one with morale promotion as well?

The one from events should probably be renamed to something like "Fervor". It really is confusion for confusion's sake.

is it possible to get morale from event without a choice (ie just a notification)? i have seen this on some units as well, without being able to figure out the source
