I actually play the LoR mod and i have translated it in french (except Pedia and Strategy).
The RevDCM component is actually already partially translated in french but the changes aren't included in RoM.
The RevDCM dev's said that it will integrate it soon or later (this have been two months since that).

I think you should use theses files to avoid some extra work(and to correct it if you find better strings !).
Thanks I will have a look of those Translations and if necessary merge them with the one I already done.
