Morgana Build queues

The poll showed overwhelming support for a military production line... so here we go...

Well, i would like to put something up for discussion:

H=Horseman, P=Pikeman
HHP=Horseman-Horseman-Pikeman

So my proposal would be:
HHP-Temple-HHP-Library-HHP-Marketplace-HHP-Aqueduct-HHP-Colosseum

I'm curious as to why you would build a temple before a library. Do you expect unhappiness in Morgana? The library is cheaper and would produce more culture.

We can have Morgana build a Library and then alternate between Swords and Horsemen.

culture will propably not be such of a topic there. not all tiles are used at the moment and no danger of culture flipping.

but i put the temple in there for unhappyness-defence. i wonder where my 4th citizen went during the last 2 chats, but with 4 citizens the city was at 1 happy, 2 moderate, 1 unhappy. a temple would really help prevent our primary military production site from rioting... we could maybe some day even get over a pop 4.


but that is of course what we are here for : discussing it :-9

A temple would take a bite out of our military production. But with the risk of a riot, We should consider chainging a citizen to an entertainer .

The Library is just an option

The Swordsmen and Horsemen Sounds good

you should also consider that if we switch a citizen down to an entertainer, we will loose its production and thus also slow down our MP.

at the moment, we have 3 citizens, 2 happy and 1 moderate. with the temple we could even get a wltdd...

How could we lose a citizen? Was a worker slipped into the build queue on the sly? I don't think we should be building swordsmen. Either pikes for defense instead of the swords or just horsemen all the way.

I have to agree. In an age where Knights are about to become the dominant players on the battlefield, Horsemen for upgrade should be our focus.

How about we add a Catapult to the queue .

where? nevertheless, we could also produce catapults in bavaria if needed ;-)

making the queue easy to maintain will reduce workload of the DP

Actually, at the start, I just fill out the queues, and let the cities produce by themselves...

yeah, but if we discuss them in complete detail, we would end up in:
a) discussing them each week
or
b) endlessly discussing them

so what i will do i will put up the poll as "general direction" poll. the queues will be requested, and if no change must occur (e.g. slipping a temple or settler etc in) it can be used forever until we change our mind.

so this is more or less meant as a general direction of the queue

Dis,

As Culture Minister, I recommend putting a Library into your queue somewhere, before we experience culture pressure from Miami. Even if Miami doesn't expand enough to affect Morgana directly, the added culture will help provide a civ-wide defense against culture flipping.

this is no problem, padma, as the option to insert cultural buildings is in the proposal. we can add libraries or temple or whatever as we think it would make sense.
the poll is about the general "fill-up-pattern" which is used when no other important building is to be desired.
