As shown in the picture, I have no idea what makes mountain provide adjacent bonus to Acropolis/Commercial/Industrial Zone. Can anyone figure it out?
Tile yields get overridden when you place a district, even for natural wonders. Some natural wonders act as mountains and can give mountain adjacency bonuses if you place a district next to them. There is also Pamukkale which increases adjacency bonuses for some districts. I can't think of any civs that get bonuses for districts next to mountains. Australia does get bonuses for increased tile appeal (either +1/+3 for charming/breathtaking, but never +2) which coincidentally occurs next to mountains but doesn't have to be.
However, since those mountains in the screenshot are clearly not natural wonders, the most likely explanation is Machu Picchu.
