I think you are operating under the faulty premise that the loudest members of a group are somehow a representative sample of the group as a whole. I don't think that of the Democrats despite the number of loudmouth crazies they have.

If you want to believe that anybody who thinks rape is evil but we shouldn't kill children if they were conceived by evil is inconsistent about their beliefs, fine. But please do not insinuate that we, therefore, believe that rape is a good thing or willed by God. That is despicable.
