For some reason I conquered 3 cities of the ARC in Multiplayer as P.A.C on 2nd Difficulty in Multiplayer, all 3 cities were just.. absorbed.. once I conquered they were counted as my own, allowing me to immediately start constructing (no martial law, puppetting etc. was possible, it was just like my own frigging city).
they better release the patch asap.
