Multi player game passwords

Hi all!

Myself and a friend have been playing via direct ip connection in BTS. The game was the Earth 18 Civs scenario. We haven't played since 8/20/2009, so it's been a couple months. Here is the thing, I don't even remember us using a password before but to continue playing now it is requiring a password. We tried a few of our general terms but nothing worked. I've been scanning the web for some sort of password recovery tool, but have yet to find one. Is there some way I can legitimately recover the password? This may be a controversial issue, I understand, but I assure you it is only for legitimate reasons.

Yes - just try clicking enter without any password - if that doesn´t help, there are ways of cracking a civ password, but in order for that to be doable with reasonable effort, the password can´t be longer then 6 signs or not be a "safe" one if longer (just letter or just numbers for example).

Srart a new game and play on quick speed, the best speed for multiplayer - you´ll be where you were within a couple of hours
