Multiplayer: can't click ready if i don't pick a civ !!!

i reinstalled the game several times, but it's always the same thing: I can't click ready if i don't pick a civ once in a game lobby.

It really penelizes me since most of the players won't let me in especially for ladder games!

Please help me, or give me a link where i could complain at Firaxis.
