Multiplayer earth maps

Hi, I new to this online stuff.
But is there a way to add just the a earth map to a multiplayer game with no starting civilizations and no fixed postions (random). So you can choose how many you want in the game etc.

I've been looking through several pages now, but still can't find any proper ones, need to support Beyond the Sword too
