(Multiplayer) Map "pings" no longer show notification/icon in BtS.

The "Ping" functionality appears to be broken in BtS.

Vanilla/Warlords behavior:
-Ping a location
-Players receive a Ping notification icon which can be clicked on to zoom them to the pinged location on the map
-A big "burst" graphical effect also appears in the area of the ping.

BtS behavior:
-Ping a location
-Burst graphical effect apperas and can be seen, but no ping icon/notification, and no indication of specific tile pinged.
