Multiplayer not working.......

I'm trying to play by Internet with a friend, but it's not working.....

We've tried everything we could find on this forum, even changing the firewall settings, but nothing changes..... We even tried to desactivate our firewalls ! And we just cannot join the other's game.

Does anyone know what can the problem be ?
