Hello, I recently wanted to get back into Civ II TOT but I ran into some problems.
The problems I got fixed were using the civ2x64editboxpatcher to prevent a crash on trying to launch the game.
Was able to play the buggy version just fine. I love the midguard scenario but sadly alot of the flags seem to not trigger properly.
I wanted to download the TOTPP but according to the patch it doesn't recognize my version of civ 2 tot
I also realized I need patch 1.1 but it also doesn't recognize my TOT.
Now one thing does work and that is me and my brother were able to make a hamchi network that we could see each other in TOT but just couldn't join because it would always say "game machine failed to connect".
The issue lies I think with the game itself and not hamachi because we already went through the process of letting hamachi through the firewall as well as civ 2 itself.
If anyone can help me I would be extremely grateful.
Also I had forgotten I made this account a long time ago and had tried to make a new one with another email and as soon as I got approved it said I was banned even though I hadn't commented or posted a single thing.
