Multiple Europe screens?

Is it possible to have multiple europe screens? For example having screens for England, France, Africa,China etc. Different screens would have different prices and so on. And all nations should be allowed to enter any of these screens.
Europe screen functionality is managed with python? Is that right?
Maybe I could create new popup and copy and edit the CvEuropeScreen for every new screen I want to have. But I'd like it to be more dynamic because I might want to have screen for every city or at least every capital city. Is it possible to pass parameters for europe screen? I read somewhere there's certain problems for europe screen entering plot being under a city. Is this true?
The scenario I have in mind would have no other use for the king player than access to europe screens, so I'm also asking how to disable taxes and REF?
I would like to have some pointers to direct me in right direction.

It is very much possible to have multiple Europe screens, and it's actually what KJ Jansson did in this mod of his (adding Africa, Asia and Port Royal screens that are similar to Europe's).
