Single Window - New links that would normally open in a new window open in a new tab instead.
Gmail Notifier - Tell you when you have new Gmail messsages.
Copy Image (don't know URL) - Allows you to copy an image to your clipboard (like in paint), from the right click menu.

More to come as I find more.

Oh Pul-eze. Gogf, you're a big fan of FF, and you only list two extensions? Even though I hate using FF (although I'll use it over IE), I've downloaded and know a helluva lot more (and better) extensions than the two listed:

  1. AdBlock - Filters out ads, one of the best extensions EVER. And still rules (even though I use Ad Muncher)
  2. Firesomething - Change the name of FF with a variety of funny names. (I've used this to erase the name of FF and replace it with the much better FB name)
  3. Flash Block - Kills Flash objects; must click on it for it to run (good killer in stopping a new breed of ads - Flash ads)
  4. IE View - Annoying pages that won't open in FF? Open them in IE with one single click.
  5. Linkification - Makes all text links into real links, even mailto links (looks odd if you're viewing mail and you see an email link)
  6. Popup Count - Count the number of popups FF has blocked.
  7. Search Plugins - Add more than just the Google search engine in with these plug-ins. (Although Opera's search.ini is MUCH easier)
  8. Tabbrowser Extensions - Kiiller extension that adds a whole new level of tab customization to FF.
  9. User Agent Switcher - Switch user agents with a mouse click. (Although that really shouldn't be a problem in FF, since pages don't sniff out FF)

Tabbrowser Extensions, by the way, probably blows Single Window out of the water.

Edit: Copy Image

On another note, why does the FF extensions page load so buggy in Opera? Opera's homepage loads just fine in FF, while loading FF extensions page in Opera is really screwy.

Gogf, Single Window didn't work for me. I have no idea why, I have 0.9 Firefox.
Use Tabbrowser Extensions, look at #8

only one i've used thus far is the one that notifies you of multiple tabs when you go to close a window. (Tabwarning).

i'll get others, like the gmail one, when i update to 1.0

Oh, and does anyone know how to use Adblock right? I blocked the one at the top of the page, but on other websites I don't want to have to individually block every ad. So is there a filter you can import or something to block ads and banners?

nice extensions, where did you find these the firefox website?

how come adobe acrobat plugins don't work on firefox?

i already have a search field, don't need a search bar too.

Web Developer - if you write web pages

BBCode - posting on forums such as this one

Image Zoom - self-explanatory

Copy Plain Text - aplications sometimes just don't understand that you simply want text to be copied; in that case this saves a intermediate copy/paste at a basic text editor

Target Alert - i hate clicking onto acrobat documents

DictionarySearch - self explanatory

Bandwidth Tester - if you run around witha laptop

Download them All - nice little download utility

CuteMenus - but the menus are so ... cute

All-in-One Gestures - ultimate in laziness

IEView - opens stuff in ie
