Hey every 1 this is my second mod im probly gonna make another soon but not right now. These are some of the changes: Scandinavia is replaced with Canada. A new unit called Peacekeeper is added its only available to Canada its using the graphics of Settler. Each Civ starts out with a few cities. The Whole map is covered in territory so there is nowhere to build more cities. Well here it is and I hope u like it

Describe your mod plz !

How i know if you have only added cities on a custom map ?
What rules have you modified ?

Because TOO cities !!! Impossible to build improvements, wonders or units ...
