my city is too crowded, people are complaining, how do i fix this?

    build buildings that increase happiness, connect or trade for resources that increase happiness, don't let your cities grow larger than you health and happiness can handle, switch to hereditary rule civic to increase happiness

    In addition to what jedimogg listed, you can also reduce the population by drafting with Nationhood or breaking out the :whipped: with Slavery.
