Yep,tho that was not a key to win here,key was to picking right opponent,i picked brasilia since i noticed they almost build like zero wonders,they are warmongers and they dont bother to win by any other way except domination.And this was my second attempt,as in first one i was on small tundra island,and i was constantly been attacked from beginning and as result lost by 1 turn with time victory.
And noticed one interesting thing - you cant destroy victory wonder by sea,only by ground,by sea you can only reduce it's health to zero.
