We are now researching writing. We have cows and soon will have horses to. (should bring a little production.
We will then build some farm until we can mine. and I went for honor by the way.
Settlers are on their way to the river while the worker are going to build a farm. City switched to resume the monument.
Al-Quarismi or whatever is name was, he's gone now. But we have optic.
This can only mean one thing...

No I knew about the new system, I used it in my previous game. But it was in later era and I thought it came with sailing.

No specification. there is an option to disable startion bias. does say more than that.
EDIT: I just realised that I totaly missread your question. I think it's the basic, continent, earth, paegia, archipelago... maybe I'm mission one or two.
So we've got a boat now and started working on a granary after seeing how long it would be to grow again. Work as begun on the mine, second city is still poor as hell.
But a nice boat we have indeed

For what it's worth...
I realy don't feel safe having my spearman defensless in the water.
We meat or first rival! The arabians civ. They don't want to give me gold for y horses (not enough anyway...). And they don't want a pact of cooperation.
There will be blood.

Time for a new policy!
I go for a new general since a golden age could realy help getting my city out of the mud. Or at least give a little boost.
And finaly! it's growing!.. yeah I know.
More ruins found by the trireme... And my spearman are slowly sailing toward it. And a new tech to unlock!
And a little zoom out so you can understand where it's taking place.

Like I said before, this mine should help a lot in the future and it's finaly finished.
Then I find ramsess... whom live on a very unique island!
And finaly the ruins,
that should help. But sadly they go to the capital instead of my second city still stucked at one pop. (workers building a farm right now).
Now it's 8:24 in the morning. Not sure if I should go to sleep. But I'm pretty sure I should take a pause from civ.
