My gifted units to City-states they don 't recieve and I don 't get credit .

My gifted units to City-states are not received by them . Nor do I get credit for the gift in points toward friends or allies . I rarely gift units to City-states but this is the second game that I have seen this . Looks like a glitch . What say you ?

Are you sure you aren't getting credit? You only get 2 influence for a gifted unit, so it's easy to miss.

I think there is actually a delay when you gift units to city states, determined by how far the gifted unit was from the borders of the city state. Not sure though.

Yes , this happened in my game earlier yesterday . I checked the before and after influence . The same . But I will check the next time to see if there is a delay in the giving of pts .

Delay is up to 3 turns, it says so on a tooltip some place.
