Isn't working. I've had the game for a while, and it wouldn't install onto my new computer. The first disc is significantly scratched up and is the only reason I can see for the game refusing to install.

So my question is, is there a place online that I can download the full version of the game using my CD key. I really would like to play the game, but don't want to have to buy another copy. So since I have the CD key, and have paid for it once already, I think it is reasonable if I could download another copy from the internet for free instead?

    EDIT: Legally of course

I've seen people post elsewhere that Microsoft will replace the game for you if you make a good legal case, which you seem to have. Worth contacting them.
