I'm running Civ VI version 1.0.5 on Steam.
1) I sent a spy on a mission to cause civil unrest.
2) While the spy was working on his mission, I invaded the city and captured it.
3) I had a message that the spy left the city.
4) Apparently, the spy returned to my capital but was still trying to execute his mission.
5) I got a message that the spy was captured and that my own Civ had lost respect for me.
6) When I look at the screen to see the status of spies, I see that my spy has been captured and there's a button to negotiate with myself to have the spy returned. The button does not do anything.
