MZ's request for increased timer during summer vacations

MZ is going on vacation for 2-3 weeks and he asks for the timer to be increased. Because he is team captain and main turnplayer (also diplomatic representative to our team), and we are closing the date of war with RB, and he is great tactician in war, it could be very important that he does their moves as much as possible.

So, what is our team position on this and if we state our position at all?

As I stated I the timer discussion thread, I hate to see the game slow down so much, but I think we have to agree to it in order to be fair to Poly. I think we would have to agree even if we're CivFr or RB requesting the extension, for the sake of fairness.

Whut! My summer vacation is over. If people can't have their summer vacations during summer, I think they should not get a free pass. Anyway, their team is not fully handicapped and only got one active player, right?
