N A map mixed with Europe

I'm looking for a map which has entire North America, and a part of Europe. And I don't want it too large, perhaps 200x200.

Any help is welcome

I'm sure someone's done such a map for a Colonization scenario, but I can'¨t find any in LouLong's map index.


I suppose I could take the biggest world map I can find and crop out the relevant bit of the world for you ...

Take a look at this - it's El Mencey's Giga cropped down to 200x200. I could crop more of Europe/Africa and/or South America if you want.

That's pretty good, except maybe you can crop it so South America is not there?

If I crop away the entirety of S America, you'll lose Panamá too. Is that OK, or should I keep the northenmost bit of SA?
