Aeonin has left the game... I was probably the last one to know that... I was worried but it seems the tracker is aware of that! So the file went straight to Sir Gigi! Amazing! 
Michov, how did you remove a player from the tracker? You have to teach me that!

The question is - do we want an ai wandering around - or do we want to replace Aeonian ?
If we want to replace him, we need to go back to the turn he retired in, and have the replacement replay it.
As regards pbemtracker - it does not care.
It is simply looking at the intended recipient of the save you are uploading and matching as it can.

Turns out I'm the last one to learn of Aeonians demise/retirement(?). Is he dead or has he turned over the reign to the AI?
Sir Gigi tells me he got the save from the tracker, so either Aeonian played his turn or it forwarded from you. I'm a bit confused about the whole issue.
What I know is the tracker sends the save to the player referred to in the filename. So no need to deleted a player from it.
If you want to still do it contact the admin. Thats how I replaced or altered my playerlist so far.

He retired his tribe to ai in two other games, and looks like he has done the same here.
