Naming new countries- would this be a possibility?

Just a thought, I think it'd be a cool feature to get the option to name the civilizations you create with colonies. I'm guessing this would take a mod or some advanced coding, but I don't even know where to start with it.

Is this possible?

of course its possible. It would take some SDK or python coding though.
