It’s the only thing I can think of that describes what you do with it in a rhyming fashion. What other things could be named like that?

Ground rule is that the thing should rhyme and make sense. “Sitty-witty” for a chair doesn’t work because, what is to witty?

Betsy Wetsy doll

Betsy Wetsy is a "drink-and-wet" doll that was first introduced by the Ideal Toy Company in 1937, designed to simulate urination after being fed. It became very popular during the post-World War II baby boom and was notable for being one of the first dolls available in African American versions.
