I'd like to see a strategy for achieving UHV2 as France in the 1700 AD start. I managed to conquer Germany and Northern Italy by 1800 but not Spain and the others.

yeah but I want to actually see a game being played out that way . I almost had it, but others would definitely fare better than me. Maybe get there faster than me too !

I guess it would boil down to "Whip units until your hands bleed and then whip some more to rinse the blood off, repeat."

Now much much tougher than this, would be the Maratha Empire challenge. Conquering or vassalizing all non-british territory in India by 1761 as India. Starting from the 1700 AD scenario of course.

Now, the only thing left would be to switch or change the leader, because sorry Your Fabulous Majesty King Louis XIV, but that kind of victory doesn't suit you.
