I just placed my nation into the region, does that allow my votes to count?

I think that we remove all our nations, and instead create new ones to populate the region, putting our old nations somewhere else.

Ok, I read the thread and found you're last post. Is "transportation-logistics" an actual spot? I'll take that. If not, then I'll take transport, since I really don't know what logistics is, but logistics would be my second choice.

My suggestion was only to make the region fresh. That way, everybody has equal swing, but this way is fine too.

But you know how old is nation when you look at number of citizens, as they always grow the same in the time.

Well, I mean that it is transport and logistics. Logistics is according to Wikipedia:
So it is highly connected with transport. So, you are now Advisor of Transport (and logistics) and you can vote please current issue (of gambling)

    2. It's not the government's role to mandate economics.

Following new legislation in Civ Players, nudity is frowned upon
Citizens pay a flat income tax of 31%

    New issue:
    Harry Potter Censorship Row
The latest "Harry Potter" book to hit schools across Civ Players has stirred up the greatest controversy yet.

1/ "I quite enjoyed the book, until I got to the part where Harry summons evil demons to do his bidding," says so religious leader Hack Wong. "Now that's just wrong. We need to restore some sense to this debate, by which I mean we should remove this book from the shelves, salt it thoroughly, and burn it."

2/ "Come on, the book is fantasy! And it's a damn good read. I'd like the government to issue a statement of support for our teachers and librarians, so kids can enjoy good books without interference from religious wackos, like Christians." Says so Teachers union President Bill Hanover

I am not big Harry Potter fan, but burning the book? Discus and vote please.

Well, that is blackmail a bit, but you have point. Decision done, other advisor votes not required in this issue, says so Supreme Ruler of Civ Players :)

Vote 2, it'll cost too much for the books to be burnt and will lower sales.

    New issue:
    Cloning Research Promises New Breakthrough
Scientists using cloned human embryos for research are on the verge of a medical breakthrough.

1/ "It's really very exciting," so says lab head Bill Fellow. "Until now, we've kept very quiet, to avoid being targeted by lunatic fringe groups who for some reason think it's wrong to clone human embryos. It's too early to promise anything, but we hope that one day we will have genetic cures for a whole range of debilitating illnesses. I certainly hope the government will support our work."

2/ "Well, if you have to be part of a lunatic fringe group to object to this barbaric practice, I'm a lunatic," so says placard-waving protestor Billy Wall. "Of course it would be nice to cure these unnamed diseases, but at what cost? They're messing with the sanctity of human life. It's wrong, and the lab should be shut down immediately."

I would suggest to support cloning, as it will boost the science.
