Bring back the national anthems, which the original civ had during diplomacy !
This created quite a good atmosphere in the game don't you agree!

Also what the hell happened to Napoleon as leader of the french:soldier:

The French should be Charlemagne, Napoleon, Louis XIV, or Charles de Gaulle.

Catherine should not have been depicted as so dowdy. She became empress when young.

Well, they needed a few ladies. Cleo didn't accomplish much either, now did she ? Shagged an emperor and her...son wasn't it ? Not too great at classical history...

But, as to joan of Arc, she was a military leader, and a woman which (witch) in those days didn't do her much good. Anyway, you don't really care about the attractiveness of sprites DO YOU ?

Yep agree ,national anthems were cute.So were the pixely Russians behind Stalin in those furcoats in Civ1. (Esp. when angry with one).
Today they wouldn´t be pixely,nor would the anthems be in midi (think it was,wasn´t it).Am not sure if that atmosphere can be revived and the anthems being more of a nuisance like in Eastern Front,it just wouldn´t shut up.
Wouldn´t mind seeing one´s glorious troops marching into captured cities either (again).
