National Collective Hegemonist Citizens' Party
Building a brave and prosperous future.​

I.Guiding Doctrines

(a) The Citizens need living-space. The Nation shall expand through force of arms and depopulate the conquered lands of the barbarians to allow settlement by the Citizens.
This shall be accomplished by

i.destroying all traces of the inferior culture of the barbarians (raze captured cities*),
ii.replacing razed cities with ones loyal to the Nation through resettlement, and
iii.purging the land of communists, socialists, and theocrats.
*Culturally converted cities are not to be razed​

(b) Military Service to the Nation is the highest Honor and Privilege of any Citizen, therefore a program of Militarization is to be used to Enlighten Citizens of the Nation.
(c) Individual interests are always subservient to the interests of the Nation, and it is the Duty and Honor of Citizens to obey their Superiors without question.
(d) One Leader, One People, One Nation. The many lack the moral fortitude to make any great accomplishments whatsoever, so One Leader is to control the Nation.
(e) Global Military Hegemony. The Nation must possess and maintain the capability to project its will anywhere.
(f) Political Hegemony. Any Citizen who votes for another party is a traitor to his fellow Citizens and to his Nation.
(g) Economic Hegemony. The Nation must control the majority of all natural resources in order to achieve a state of autarky; self-sufficiency.
(h) Industrialization. All tiles under the cultural Hegemony of the Nation are to be promptly industrialized with best technology available.​

II. Party Structure

(a) Leader

i.Is a lifetime office*
ii.States the Official Party Position to be used on polls.
iii. Is the highest Executive, Legislative, and Judicial power within the Party.
*With exception to appointments and abdications by the Leader.​

(b) Assembly

i.Contains all party members, including the Leader.
ii.Can form lesser Executive, Legislative, and Judicial organizations with a two-thirds majority vote and approval from the Leader.​

III. Party Policy

(a) Party Solidarity. All party members are to vote according to the stated Official Party Position for polls.
(b) Party Discipline. Any member who breaks any one or more of the Guiding Doctrines or Party Solidarity shall be permanently expelled from the Party.*
*The Leader may override this at any time.​

NCHCP Diplomatic Proposal #1
To: Sparta Group
Request: 3 or more Sparta Group members, including its leader, join the NCHCP.
Give: When the NCHCP gains power, guarantee of the fulfillment and maintenance of the following Sparta Group tenets as soon as the required technology is available:

1. At minimum a medium sized army for defense.
2. A navy that controls the Seas.
3. An air force that controls the air.
5. Many bases and forts to operate from
6. Researching military techs
7. Controlling the Defense Minister position*
*The NCHCP will guarantee that the Defense Minister is from the Sparta Group.​

I. Party Members

a) Must include "Member of the National Collective Hegemonist Citizens' Party" in their signature.
b) Maintain the NCHCP and the Nation as their only loyalty.

I. Party Positions

a) Leader

i. Duties

1. To Govern The NCHCP, and;
2. To oversee all policy changes made my lower party members.​

ii. Rights

1. To appoint any member to any position in the NCHCP, and;
2. To demote any member from any position, including expulsion from the NCHCP, and;
3. To alter NCHCP Policy at will for the good of the Nation​

b) Information Minister

i. Duties

1. To write Effective propaganda for the NCHCP on a weekly basis or as requested by the Leader, and;
2. To appoint Party Speakers at a minimum ratio of 1 for every 5 NCHCP members, and;
3. To state the Party Position on all polls, subject to alteration by the Leader.​

ii. Rights

1. To appoint Party Speakers at or greater than a ratio of 1 for every 5 NCHCP members up to a maximum ratio of 2:5, and;
2. To demote any Party Speaker from the position of Party Speaker, as long as the required ratio is not being violated.​

c) Party Speaker

i. Duties

1. To obey the Information Minister, and;
2. To spread NCHCP propaganda as written by the Information Minister on a weekly basis, or as the Leader or Information Minister requests.​

ii. Rights

1. To alter the Party Position with a 70% majority vote of all Party Speakers and approval of the Information Minister or the Leader.​

d) Discipline Minister

i. Duties

1. To appoint Party Enforcers at a minimum ratio of 1 to every 5 NCHCP members, and;
2. To monitor the political activities of all NCHCP members except the Leader.​

ii. Rights

1. To appoint Party Enforcers at or greater than a ratio of 1 for every 5 NCHCP members up to a maximum ratio of 2:5, and;
2. To demote any Party Enforcer from the position of Party Enforcer, as long as the required ratio is not being violated.​

e) Party Enforcer

i. Duties

1. To monitor the political activities of all NCHCP members except the Leader, the Discipline Minister, and other Party Enforcers.
2. To investigate any NCHCP member except the Leader at the request of the Discipline Minister​

ii. Rights

1. To demote any NCHCP member from any position except the Leader and the Discipline Minister with a 70% majority vote of all Party Enforcers and approval from the Leader.​

Honestly, I think it's a pity that this party died out. You put so much effort and thought into this party HG. If I had agreed with your policies, I would have been tempted to join this party. Of course, this is almost the exact opposite of me ideologically. Also the complicated nature of the party made it just a bit overwhelming for the common citizen to follow.

Thanks. I had indeed gone to the point of giving myself headaches when I thought up the policies for this party . Although a disappointment, the failure of this party is not a complete loss. When the idea occured to me to try something like this, I had just finished the section in my Social Studies on Democracies vs. Dictatorships (with a 93% ). I decided to conduct an experiment to see how successful a far-right ideology would have in a forum that lacked the prerequisites for extreme ideologies to become widely popular.

This party obviously put forward a very far-right ideology, but at the other extreme, there is your Communist Industrialist Party with some popularity and The Party with some popularity as well, so I am left a little confused as to why a far-right ideology did not at least gain a small following. Perhaps our modern Western society is too oriented on freedom and equality?

Now I'll either try to find a party/group that is neutral to religion, or at least has no emphasis on it, or I'll start another party based on some other ideologies I've been researching that aren't represented yet......or I may completely re-write the existing policies and use your advice to make them simpler and easier to follow. The future holds many possibilities, all of them interesting.

Also your party's ideology was competing with several right-wing parties already in play. The Party and the IIP are both large membership right-wing groups. People would rather join them because they have larger membership already.

I have to agree with Swissempire on this one. Before I made this party, I ensured that there were no other parties covering exactly the same (or very similar) ground. I engineered the NCHCP to be farther to the right than even The Party supposedly is, even though I thought it was on the far left, given its claim of being socialist.

Well I would have to disagree with you both. You werent right-wing, you were more national socialist (In Germany they are called Nazis). The IIP is economically savvy while militarily dominate, and does not favor other cultures, but prefers conformity to its own ideas. The IIP is right wing. The NCHCP was national socialist.

PIg, Its upper-central. Look up the Whigs sometime. It'll do you good. They were a party for the growth and expansion of the nation through econmic, peaceful methods whenever possible. Ruing out war all together is quite foolish and idealistic.

Given that the most likely platform for the Idiots would be to represent those with lesser IQs and what have you, and since this would require change in a new direction, I'd say the Idiots are left-wing.
