My goal is to get our culture to a significant level (600pt, if achieved higher) and improve National Literacy. We are far away from a Cultural Victory unless we destroy the Iroqouis quickly. Should this still not work and we can not continue achieving this goal I choose to assist the Space Ship production.

We are at peace with the Greeks, and have control of their lands on the continent! The Babylonians, however, have several of the Greecian cities. I am asking the cutlural department to:

a. Fill out the borders for the former Greek cities.
b. Use the CAP on the Babylonian border. (rush more culture there)

As the mayor of Delphi (Kashmir province), i urge you to read thru the proposals for delphi, as the governor was not seen since the beginning of the term. As you are the only department to legally override the governors build-queues (as Cyc proposed in the presidential thread), i now finally posted in here to beg for assistance to improove our city.

This will also help our CAP program against babylon.

This is an official message to the Department of Culture. As you know, Kashmir is without a governor! (possibly real life issues) Cyc has requested that culture provide assistence in this matter.

Please be aware at this time there are offerings on the table for cities in Kashmir from the Domestic Department. They do come with requirements and if the DOC were to favor these changes, there would be no budgetary concerns, as the Domestic Dept. has already made the offering. They are listed below for your convenience:

Delphi - 4g if switched to a Temple
Thessalonica - 130g (approx.) if switched to a Temple
Herakleia - 130g (approx.) if swithched to a Temple

The approximate gold amounts for the last two cities listed would be changed at the time of the rush to accomadate the action.

I've returned and I hope that Punkbass has taken care of things. And I approve those last two rushes, but not sure about spending 4 gold for something (probably a mistake) I shall see if I can attend to Kashmir, and to let all know why I left my uncles commited suicide, so please don't expect too much of me for the next while, we are very busy with things related to that.
